WPForms is a new plugin in the WordPress repository. In this post, I?will?show you how to set up a contact form using WPForms Lite. It is quite easy.
Setting up a contact form using WordPress is a?tricky job for some people. It?is?hard for beginners who are not proficient?with writing?codes.?This ought not to be so.
There are a lot of plugins that can help you create forms in WordPress,?but?I choose WPForms Lite?because it is simple. You can also expand its role if you use the Pro version.
Step 1
Download WPForms from WordPress repository, or use the Add plugin button within your WordPress site. Install the plugin and activate it on your site.

Step?2
Click on WPForms -> Add New. You will see a setup page which allows you to choose the type of form you want to create. E.g:
- Blank Form
- Simple Contact Form
- Request a Quote Form
- Donation Form
- Billing/Order Form
- Newsletter Sign Up Form
You may decide to use the built-in templates to create your form, or build your own from scratch using the drag and drop feature.
Select the type of form you want to create and go ahead to the next step. In this case, I want to create a simple contact form on my site to make it easy for my visitors to reach?me.

Other features are only available in WPForms Pro. They are:
- Request a Quote Form
- Donation Form
- Billing/Order Form
- Newsletter Sign Up Form
Step?3
Simiple Contact Form
Edit your Simple Contact form by adding or removing the required fields for your form. You can?easily move the fields around, that is, rearrange their place using drag and drop technique. Click the save button to save your contact form.
Step?4
Copy the short-code of the form you have created.

Step?5
Create a Contact page on your site and paste the codes in there. You can even past the codes in a post or anywhere on your website.
